How do I fix a cybershot camera power issue?
I have a 3 month year old camera, a Sony Cybershot DSCW120/B 7.2MP Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom. And this morning I put the battery in, after charging it and the camera suddenly turned itself on and off repeatedly at random. I still haven’t solved the problem and to prevent further damage I took the battery out. I checked to see if the power button was jammed but its not and everything seems to be operating… i have no idea whats wrong… any ideas? I seriously just got this camera and i’m not sure what to do..
If this is under warranty then send it back for repairs. you can contact sony help desk for some suggestions.
